PASSWORD: ….. (desired password);
PACKAGE: ….. (chosen package’s japanese name);
CMS INSTALLATION: YES or NO (bolden your choice) and, if YES, indicate which one (bolden it);
E-MAIL ADDITION: YES or NO (bolden your choice and indicate if you want Yahoo, Google or Hotmail);
YOU HAVE READ THE RULES CAREFULLY: ….. (read the rules and you’ll know);
COMMENTS: ….. (what your site will be about, its goal, etc.).
